Terms of Service

“User” — any natural person who uses the Platform, whether registered or not (e.g., during the survey step).

“Survey” — the form collecting health and lifestyle data used by the Platform to generate a personalized nutrition and/or workout plan.

“Plan” — the weekly nutrition and/or workout program automatically generated from the data you provided in the Survey.

The Platform provides personalized nutrition plans and home workout programs generated from data you provide (sex, age, height, weight, activity level, goal, allergies, etc.), using standard formulas and public scientific guidelines (e.g., the Mifflin-St Jeor equation, and nutrition guidance from WHO, Harvard, and the USDA).

Some elements of the plan (prioritizing dishes within the weekly menu, clarifying preferences via chat) are produced with the assistance of artificial intelligence — see the Privacy Policy for details.

The Platform is not a medical service and does not replace consultation with a physician or a certified dietitian. Detailed medical caveats are set out in the Extended Medical Disclaimer.

Use of the Platform is permitted only for adults (18 years of age or older). If the age entered in the Survey is under 18, the system automatically blocks plan generation.

For certain health conditions (for example, pregnancy or breastfeeding, a history of eating disorders, cardiovascular conditions, uncontrolled hypertension, or acute injury), the Platform does not issue an automatic plan for safety reasons and instead directs the user to a relevant specialist. These restrictions are not temporary or something that can be bypassed — they exist for your safety.

You confirm that the information you provide in the Survey is accurate and correct. Providing inaccurate information puts you personally at risk, since the safety checks rely entirely on this data.

Obtaining a plan on the Platform requires creating an account (name, email, password). You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Only one account is permitted per natural person. We reserve the right to suspend or delete an account if the information provided is false, or if the account is used in violation of these Terms.

Some features of the Platform are available through a paid subscription. After a subscription request is submitted, it is stored with a “pending” status — the subscription is not activated automatically.

Payment is currently accepted only by bank transfer (Bank of Georgia or TBC Bank) — automatic card payment or recurring billing does not currently exist. After the transfer, our administrators manually verify the payment and activate the subscription only once it is confirmed.

A subscription is valid for the selected period (monthly or annual) and does not renew automatically: you will receive a notice before it expires, but renewal requires submitting a new request and repeating the bank transfer. Once the subscription period ends, access to paid features is restricted.

Every invoice includes the Service Provider's registration details (name, registration number, address, and banking details) as configured in the admin panel.

The Platform may offer discount or promotional codes. Each code is subject to its stated conditions (validity period, usage limit) and may be cancelled or changed at any time at our discretion, without affecting discounts already applied.

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to circumvent the Platform's safety mechanisms (including by providing false information about age or health conditions), and not to share your account credentials with any third party.

The generated plan is for your personal, non-commercial use only.

The Platform's design, source code, ingredient and exercise database, and generation methodology are the property of the Service Provider. The personal plan generated for you is intended for your personal use, and its distribution or commercial use is not permitted without the Service Provider's prior written consent.

The Platform provides information of an indicative nature, based on standard formulas and public guidelines. The Service Provider does not warrant that the plan will achieve any specific result — actual outcomes depend on individual metabolism, consistency, and other factors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of, or reliance on, the Platform, including where the user provided inaccurate or incomplete information in the Survey.

Nothing in this section limits any liability that cannot be limited under the laws of Georgia.

You may request cancellation of your account at any time by contacting support. We reserve the right to suspend or delete an account without prior notice if these Terms are violated or if doing so is necessary to ensure safety.

Termination of an account does not override the Refund Policy applicable to any subscription already paid for.

We may update these Terms from time to time. In the event of material changes, notice will be posted on the Platform or sent by email. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any dispute arising out of these Terms that cannot be resolved through negotiation between the parties shall be resolved in the competent courts of Georgia.
